Sarath Fernando 10th Remembrance

A remembrance event and discussion marking the 10th anniversary of Sarath Fernando’s passing was recently held at the Hector Kobbekaduwa Agricultural Research Institute in Colombo. Sarath Fernando, known for his vision of a peasants’ renaissance, was commemorated by his contemporaries and people from various parts of the island who attended the event. During the gathering, the Sinhala translation of Sarath Fernando’s autobiography, ‘My Life Story,’ was also launched.
